30-day return window
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, provided the item meets the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Decants and sealed products must be unopened and unused (factory seal intact where applicable).
- Items must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
- For hygiene reasons, opened decant atomizers and used fragrance samples cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to start a return
Contact us at intoxication.beauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
