Thank you for shopping at Intoxication (shopintoxication.com). The following terms constitute our Shipping Policy for orders placed on our European and international storefront.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping destinations

We ship to European Union countries and selected destinations worldwide. Available carriers and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Estimated delivery times depend on destination and carrier:

• EU standard — typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
• EU express — typically 2–4 business days after dispatch
• International — typically 7–14 business days after dispatch

Free shipping may apply to orders above the threshold shown on the storefront (currently orders over €99 within the EU, subject to change).

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your carrier and destination).

Customs & import duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply according to local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Damaged or lost shipments

Perfume orders are packed with care to protect glass atomizers and bottles. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at intoxication.beauty@gmail.com with your order number — we will help resolve the issue promptly.
